The disadvantage of watching a movie on cable is that you can't pause the damn thing.  Would love to see this movie without the gaps due to personal activities in-between.

Paulit-ulit: Take it easy, life is easy

Re-post from multiply Posted Sep 3, '08 1:08 AM

lunch with blq and oyis sa trellis, nasabi ko ba naka leave ako.
met with len, nagplano kami ng onti bago lumarga
met with grace syempre alam nya pinsan ko sya eh
naki pag chat with friends sa US and an old schoolmate nag plano ng get together

Paulit-ulit: Burn your wicked garden down

Re-post from multiply Posted Oct 1, '08 7:15 AM

nagsunog kilay kasi ako ngayon kaya panalo! naabutan ko si agile... 1st shift yun eh.
mas panalo sana kung natapos namen iyong ginagawa namen, kaso di gumana eh, nice effort na lang tuloy kami ni joyc. oh well that is life, na enjoy ko naman, tagal na rin akong di nakapag ganito.

si jen inunahan pa ako umuwe... ahahahaha, rock on!

I wanna run through your wicked garden, heard thats the place to find you! cause Im alive, so alive now. Out of the dark that blinds you.... Can you see just like a child? Can you see just what I want? Can I bring you back to life? Are you scared of life?

Paulit-ulit: Nakakaduling || God of War

Re-post from multiply Posted Oct 12, '08 1:43 AM

Paulit-ulit: I just lost a good friend

Re-post from multiply Posted Oct 13, '08 1:23 PM

Hi All,

Crizel just died last October 10, 2008 as she battles with Lupus. Please spend a few moments in prayer for her. Her remains lie at their home in Batangas. Internment is scheduled on Oct 15, 2008. The children are not yet showing signs of impact as they were preoccupied by the visitors.

Thanks,
Mhaxie

Nakakalungkot...  God bless, know more about LUPUS (http://www.uklupus.co.uk)

Paulit-ulit: Velonica [Aqua Timez]

Re-post from multiply Posted Oct 16, '08 2:56 AM

Ah galing ano... dark tas flame... parang flame of recca.

walang bago dito...

lalaban kaya ito, ever?
to the rescue! disappointing ang mangyayari kay kalbo pero ayos yung laban ni bading

magpapakitang gilas etong dalawa

akalain mo ano... lupet pala nun

Paulit-ulit: Gene Loves Jezebel

Re-post from multiply Posted Nov 16, '08 2:31 PM

Had the chance to see them on TV sa ASAP, kakatuwa ang tanda na nila. Ahahahaha, so sinong manonood ng show nila kung ganito...

Paulit-ulit: Samsung HT-Z210 || eliminating region locking

Re-post from multiply Posted Nov 8, '08 2:17 PM
PANALO!

1. Remove disc from tray
2. Switch off player and unplug power cord
3. Wait 30 seconds, then reconnect power cord
4. Turn on player with remote. Wait for player to finish loading and display 'no disc'
5. Press enter on remote (There will be no on-screen response)
6. Press 8, 4, 2, 6, 9 on the remote (There will be no on-screen response)
7. Press enter on the remote. Player will automatically shut off
8. Turn player on
9. Turn off
10. Turn player on then off again
11. Player is now region-free

GALENG!

Paulit-ulit: HK Baby!

Re-post from multiply Posted Nov 17, '08 3:08 AM

Luckily we purchased a piso ticket from Cebu pacific to HK.  We booked a hotel via agency which is way cheaper than online.  First time I set foot on our Terminal 3 airport, looks nice and has great potential. As usual we were with our traveling friends Mon and Bernie.  So being second timers we knew where to go and would not need any package tours on our itinerary.

The flight took two hours then the agency rode us to our hotel.  Shamrock was located near the shopping boulevard along Nathan road so that was a plus, the room was cozy, the bathroom was tidy, it was sufficient.  The November weather was great, it's like Baguio in a sense.  My advice is to go there by mid-November, not much is happening, that is why there are less people around.

Everyday we had breakfast at Mc Donald's, it came with the agency hotel booking. That saved us some HK bucks.  We tried almost all that the voucher can offer, come to think of it HK has a high standard of living, a single bottle of soda may cost around PHP 49, that's 12 ounces for you my friend.

Now the adventure begins, we opted to go to Disneyland via MTR on our second day.  Taking the train was a good idea it was fast and reliable.  The Mickey Mouse train was fantastic it marked the start of a wholesome Disney fun.  Being a workday the park was not that crowded. LUCKY!

The boat ride in the jungle river was hilarious (that's how the gay couple with us described the boatman), the Lion King performance was awesome, Space Mountain is the best! Donald's 4D show was great.  Stitch's interaction show was memorable, he says I'm his inmate and he showed the audience proof, keeps on saying my name the whole time, what a nuisance.  Ahahahaha, you'll know what I mean.  Disney was all worth it, except for the pictures and overpriced items on the store of course.

Had the chance to stop by a meryenda shop in Nathan that caught our attention.  Long lines of locals waiting to be served with this bread or waffle or what.  So we decided to buy some ourselves just to feed our curiosity.  It turned out to be a simple waffle, this proves that the secret ingredient is really nothing, damn kungfu panda.

After that we ate at a local Noodle store I called "mamihan", can't read Chinese characters, I apologize.  Best Beef Noodles I had so far (might be full of umami seasoning).

The next day we went to Ngong Ping 360 where the huge buddha statue is.  The path we took was just like the Disney route so we were quite familiar on how to get there.  MTR was the best!  What's supposed to be a whole day affair was cut short to a half day.  We skipped some of what is in our itinerary in the village.  We didn't climbed up the 260 steps to the Tian Tan statue, skipped the venture in Po Lin monestery and didn't attend the tea ceremony.  Our feet took the toll out of us so we decided to leave after we walked with buddha and saw the monkey's tale.  Compared to other cable cars, the one in Ngong Ping was a long smooth sail.  For hikers you can opt to take the mountain trail instead, good luck!

Luckily an Outlet store is near the Tung Chung station so we splurged around it a bit.  Damn credit card I wish I didn't bring it with me.

Upon coming back we dropped our shopping bags, went back out and saw the Symphony of Lights at the Avenue of Stars.  Don't mind taking pictures here unless you have a wide view of the buildings and a tripod.

Ate dinner at SOGO's food court then headed back to Shamrock.  Lhen and I decided to go to the Men's market in Temple drive despite the aching legs and feet.  With limited budget and the Divisoria price we got home with a couple more bags of goodies.

Last day was checkout day, which reminds me packing is such a pain, after checkout we still have six hours to spare so we went to try out a walking trip around Tsim Sha Tsui.  Got to see the restaurants in Hillwood and Knutsford, the former British School building, Saint Andrew's church, Park Lane Shopper's boulevard, Kowloon park, HK Heritage Discovery Center, Space Museum, Museum of Art, Cultural Centre and the Clock Tower that was covered in green net (it was under renovation).

The trip was tiring but it was a great experience.  Did I have extra HK dollars? No, we got home with zero balance, even bought tictacs to dispose of our coins.  Hahahahaha... boy, have I got nothing for you! Are you thrilled?  Lastly here are pictures of Matthew with our gifts.
